The black box symbolises the kaba, which is one of the holiest symbols in islam. If we can open iraq, we can open islam again. All the keys around the box didnt fit (meaning shaheed,), do you have the key that will fit?

I think that most, if not all of those keys wouldn't fit in the keyhole. The keys should have been like -

So maybe the keys symbolise Americans, and they are not even the right type of key (army), to open (liberate)...Iraq. And therefore the key I showed above...symbolises the Iraqi fighters.

All those keys are the numerous groups (muhajireen and ansar)(nationalism is a bad thing) fighting to liberate iraq. They're all failing until they join together into one big Army (the kinda key posted above) and open iraq (liberate) and inside the box is the secret for making iraq and the rest of the ummah succesfull (khilafat).
