Anonymous, when I read your reply to the 9/11 conspiracy theories, I thought you are intelligent. I was about to post the same answer. It is just not possible to do such a grand conspiracy without getting caught or someone to come out and talk.

Now, a couple of points you are missing here. First, it is not a "Muslims" thing to accuse the west of every bad thing and never admit our mistakes. Muslims do mistakes and we admit that Bin-Laden is doing a big mistake and he does not represent Islam. But I hope you remember that the belief in those conspiracies is not limited to some Muslims.

According to the new New York Times/CBS News poll, only 16% of Americans think the government is telling the truth about 9/11 and the intelligence prior to the attacks:

I am sure you are a politically informed person and have an idea bout those polls. So, your are right that it is a conspiracy theory, but some down a little bit on Muslims because a large number of Americans themselves share their conviction in this regard and the reasons are clear.

Now, to start making generalizations about 1500 years of history and claim that Muslims are calling for fighting and that they are always aggressive and so on. Let make some points clear to you:

When did ever in the 1400 years of the application of Share'a law, i.e. when the Khelafa was in place did the Muslims slaughtered civilians, expelled whole peoples from their lands, killed whole peoples by affiliation or prosecuted religious minorities?

Let's take a couple of illustrating examples. In Palestine, and even since the Roman empire was there, who persecuted other peoples? The Romans persecuted the Jews and Orthodox, the Crusades persecuted Muslims and Jews and finally the Jews are persecuting Muslims and Christians. Who did Muslim persecute?

In Spain. Who did kill the other, fore him to convert and ultimately expel him? and who tolerated the other and open doors for scientists and artists from every religion and affiliation and ultimately was an undeniable reason for Western civilization?

There might have been some individual unislamic behavior here or there but was never a collective work of Muslims, was never ordered by some authority like the Pope, never supported or participated in by the majority of Muslims like the Zionism or the Crusades. I dare you to name one example here!

The Muslim wars happened mostly with the Roman empire. From its name you can know why. There was always tensions between both and Islam entered large areas with only people conversion with no war like China, Indonesia and other places in the east because there were no reason to war. Muslims did not colonize countries and let its people take responsibility and people stayed as non-Muslims for hundreds of years. A very close example I can give is from my own country where Muslims saved the Copts from the persecution of the Romans. I understand that a large number of people in the West simply never read a book on Islamic history before they make generalizations like the ones you made. As to the presuppositions and the independent interpretaions you made from the Hadith you mentioned. They are just flat wrong, brother. There is a way to prove that a saying of the prophet is to interpreted someway or another. If you could prove that the Hadith was interpreted by any Muslim scholar so as to justify the husband making false promises or Muslims breaking their contracts (which is clearly prohibited in so many verses the Qur'an) or that the Tuqya is an adopted principle by the Sunnis or the majority of Muslim scholars, we can argue then. As long as they are mere suppositions and unsupported claims, they are not worthy of discussion.
