I think it would be very helpfull, for further references, that one should include the number, date etc of the Fataawa issued.

Do you have this writing also in arabic. As we can witness, there are many of those "neo-murjee" who would ask questions as "where did Sheikh said this.., to whom.., is it published anywhere, .." etc
What I mean by this is,
1. Is there a arabic source of this document
2. Is it officialy published (i.e. Lajnah, etc)
