Salam, as it is not hidden from you that i study in beirut. Here, there is sheikh known as abdullah hariri. There are many fans of him in American university of Beirut, and they were argumenting that God exists without place , and were mocking on the aqeedah of wahabism. Can anyone clarify me this matter?

al aqeedah by At-Tahawi with the commentary from Ali Ibn 'Ali al 'Izz (May Allah have mercy on them).
Read specifically the chapters on the " 'Arsh and Kursiyy are true" onwards.
That should suffice as far as explanations go.. if not then more accesible are books by Shaykh Bin Baaz[rh]- 'The Islamic Creed and that which Opposes it'
Or Tenets of faith/ A muslims belief, By Shaykh Salih bin Othaimin [I cannot verify this one since I have not read it- but I am presuming it explains it].
If you have no access then I will give a link to at least one. My Apologies, i'd love to type but i'm a slow typer and it would take me the best part of 3+ hours!

Allah does exist with out a place he is not limited to time and spacenor i he compossed of partices and atoms he is totally unigue. we should not diverge into his reality as it is a vast dark ocean which we know next to nothing about. we should study and reflect on his many names like ar rahman al alee al akbar etc. do not get caught up ito theological/philosphical debates.

Salaam,
Allah is over the seven heavens, over His arsh (throne). This is what the Qur'an tells us, as well as the Ahahdith. This should be sufficient.
This is a good article:

Assalamu`alaikum,
Jazakillahukhairan for your response ukhti... But the link you gave is from the website of the deviant Naqshabandi Tariqah. That particular article was written by 'Shaikh'Kabbani himself!
That website is known to twist the Qur'an and the Sunnah in order to support their deviant sufi aqeedah. For most people it can be very confusing. So I would prefer the muslims avoid from going to that site in search of knowledge, especially on something as important as tawheed.
InshaAllah there are many other much trustworthy sites that could explain the question "where is Allah?" according to the correct understanding of Allah's attributes as explained by the Prophet (peace be upon him).

Salaam,
No Abu Azzam, the bro/sis is right. It is really dodgy! It claims on this site that the Prophet (SAW) was created from light! It also criticises Mufti Rashid's (RA), classification of Hadith. I accidently thought I had linked to sunnahonline.com I've had 2 hrs sleep in the last 24 hrs, so pls excuse me. Here's a good link

Assalamu`alaikum,
It's OK Abu Azzam. There is wisdom behind this. InshaAllah more brothers and sisters will be more aware about the enemies of Islam and the muslims. Alhamdulillah.
