Assalaamu alaykum wr wb my brothers and sisters:)
I've been on these forums as a 'quiet observer' for a while now (maybe about a year). I love the website in general for its balance and objectivity towards Islam, history, politics, etc. I appreciate the discourse on various topics not only pertaining to Islam. As Muslims I believe it's imperative to be aware of current global affairs as well as the Deen. Through this forum I hope to participate in discussion and gain knowledge and insight from every one of you insha'Allah. I've learned alot from your discussions already, now I hope to be involved insha'Allah. jazakumAllahu khayran. (shout out to brother Abu Zubair and Brother Mujahid-I've benefitted alot from you guys while reading..alhamdulillah!)
