It's a beautiful nasheed Masha'Allah.
Please someone, translate it, preferably with the urdu transliterated.
And who sings it? Does he have any other nasheeds?

Bismillah, Alhamdulillah wassalatu wassalaamu ala rasulillah, Here are some excerpts from the poem...

These Prisoners, Prisoners in the Way of Allah!

They have left the happiness of this world...

Breaking of ties from their beloved ones....

But o' muslim nation there is a request....

...the remaining work is an obligation on you....

we should learn other languages for da'wah, and maybe learn urdu fluently too, insha'Allah, as over a 150million muslims speak it!!

Ye qaidy fi sabeelillah qaidi…!
baraaze zindagi aagaah qaidi…

These Prisoners, in the Way of Allah prisoners,
With the secret of life- well aware prisoners…

Yeh dunya bhar ki khushyan chorh aaye,
Sabhi pyaron se rishte torh aaye…

They have abandoned world full of pleasures,
With the beloved ones- broke their relations…

Faqat Rab ki Muhabbat hai Sahara,
na mustaqbil na zaahir mein kinara…

Only Love of the Lord is the supporting,
Neither (imminent) future nor any visible ending…

Magar Imaan ki shamme jal rahi hain,
Duaa ki kashtiyan to chal rahi hain…

But the torches of Imaan are burning,
The boats of invocations are atleast sailing…

Tera bas zikr jari hai labo par,
Sakeenat ek si taari zabon par…

Only Yours Remembrance goes on the lips,
Like a tranquility overcomes our ____.

Magar aye Qaum e Muslim hai guzarish,
Hamare khoon se likhi nigaarish…

But O’ Muslim nation... a request,
A ___(cry/call?) penned with our blood…

Adaa kar aayei jo tha farz ham par,
Jo baaqi kaam hain woh qarz tum par…

We came performing what was duty upon us,
The remaining tasks are due upon you…

Kahaan hai Danish o afkaar waley?
Kahaan hai ilm o aqdaar waley?

Where are those of intellect and thinking?
Where are those of knowledge and eminence?

Ham aaye jinke irshadat sun kar…
'Amal ka waqt hai yeh baat sunkar…

We came (forward) listening to their sayings…
Hearing that this is the time of action!

Qayaadat koi to badh kar sanbhaale,
Bilaade Deen se kaafir ko nikaale.

Anyone come forward and shoulder the leadership,
Expel the disbeliever from the land of Deen.

Tera bas zikr jari hai labo par,
Sakeenat ek si taari zabon par…

Its actually:

Tilawaat zikhr jari hai labo par.
Saakinat ek sey taari suboh par.

Recitation and Remembrance goes on the lips,
A tranquility overcomes/befalls on everyone.

Also:

Qayaadat koi to badh kar sanbhaale,
Bilaade Deen se kaafir ko nikaale.

Someone come forward and shoulder the leadership,
Expel the disbeliever from the land of Deen.

Lol..yeah the word nigaarish baffles me aswell. But overall it is very good translation.

I found one of the nasheeds on Youtube..this nasheed (Nasheb-e-Dunya Kay Ay Aseero) has a very beautiful line:

Daleel kya mujh say mangthey ho?
Nabi ki Ummat kah haal dekho....

What Daleel(evidence) do you ask me of?
Look at the state of Ummah of the Nabi...

AlHamdulillah, I think I got it,
most appropriate for nigaarish = unseen passage, or a picture with some message (written) in it which is overlooked.
