Assalam O Alaikum
I wanted to ask that why the people accept hadith of mudallis with ana-na when it is in the Bukhari or Muslim and not when it is in other books?! I have seen examples when sheikh albaani have declared hadith weak on the basis of this and yet the same narrator is in the bukhari with this ana-na!! And also I wanted to know that Imam muslim in some cases also report a hadith of weak narrator if it is supported by a truthful narration! Does Imam bukhari do the same as well?! And I wanted to ask one more question that has the book of Mamduh "Raf-el minara" been refuted?! Or the faqir's blog on tawassul where alleges Imam Albaani for weakening the hadith which are sahih?! If yes then plz if anyone can provide the link! And also I wanted to ask that is there any difference among scholars on the topic of hassan hadiths?!

Jazak Allaah

Wa'alaikumussalam
I am yet to see a narration in saheehayn which has tadlees of a 3rd or lower grade mudallis which does not have sarahah bil tahdeeth elsewhere, usually in the saheehayn themselves.

And also I wanted to know that Imam muslim in some cases also report a hadith of weak narrator if it is supported by a truthful narration!
It is said that Muslim was the first to practically implement strengthening by routes. If the shaahid, mutab'iat is saheeh/hasan lithaatihi, there is no disagreement that the first text becomes strengthened. We have discussed it here:

Does Imam bukhari do the same as well?!
Not to my knowledge.

There is and it is still a very active area of research. See:

Jazak Allah brother! Brother Is 3rd grade mudallis the one who reports with ana-na? So Bukhari and muslim only bring their hadiths as shawahid and leave their lone hadiths.

A mudallis's narration raises eyebrows if he is from any grade if he narates with 'un or anna etc. However there are different grades of Mudallis narators. Hafidh Ibn Hajar has a special book on their gradings, called "Tabaqaat Al-Muadalliseen", where he divides them into 5 grades.
The first 2 grades of Mudalliseen's mu'an'an riwayaat are generally accepted, while the 3rd and 4th must say explicitly that they heard the hadith themselves, and the 5th are weak narrators, who must have backup evidence.

Similalrly Al-Dhahabi and Sh Bai'uddin Al-Rashidi have poems on the subject.Al-Karabeesi, Al-Nasai'i, Al-Suyooti and Ibn Al-Iraaqi have books on the subject too. Dr 'Awwad Husain Al-Khalf has two books about narrations of mudalliseen in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim.
