akhee in lecture 7 at beggining of q and a he sais it is kufr to wear the cross but not kufr for ruler to allow ribaa..he is saying that the ulemaa said lesser kufr but surely this action is shirk akbar and kufr akbar...

Recently I have heard Abdullah al Farsi [someone who strove against ideas or irjaa']

saying that the riba banks is not an open kufr or something of this sort
im not sure if he meant they must regect it and admit its wrong

but this is the same as what Halabi sais and i heard in an audio that he sais wether ruling by other than what Allaah revealed or changing the law and replacing it with another one is the same thing and that those who say this are just playing with words..plus Fawzaan said in book of tawheed that legislation is kufr akbar and Abdullah al Farsi understood that this is not clear kufr because we dont know wether the ruler wants these banks or not

So im confused as to why others would say that allowing riba banks is not open kufr or that it is a lesser kufr as others would say that this is action is kufr akbar but we dont know state of ruler [as Fawzaan explained] or that the maslaha is to be quiet

The aim is not takfeer but to understand these aspects of eman/kufr if anyone could assist me to understand this matters insh Allaah

So im confused to what Abdullah all Farsi and Ammar Amonette means? and i remember Abdullah Farsi saying the presence of the ribaa banks is a sin for the ruler [though he never mentioned the position of the ruler]


And Fawzaan and others say that one must be carefull and remove obstacles for takfeer and that it wouldn't be maslaha etc

others put condition of juhood and istihlaal
