URGENT HELP! Modification of images

I need help fast!

I have attached an image on MS word.

What I need to know is how I can go about adding texts to the image and arrows?

this is urgent, for my dissertaton

you can try going to Insert- Picture - Autoshapes

then choose some arrows from there and place it over the image

then choose Insert- Text box

and place this box over the image

then write your text in the box

also with the text box another controls bar will appear use this to uncheck the lines of the text box and also the fill option so that it doesnt cover the image

also will the "box" around the texts always stay there?

when you click on the arrow you can increase or reduce the size by using those circle things surrounding the arrow(sorry I cant remember what they are called)

once you get the size you want just copy the arrow again and paste it somewhere else

also will the "box" around the texts always stay there?

when you click on the text box those same circle things surrounding the text box should appear
double click one of them and another small window will open up called "format text box"
In there you have an option that says Fill - Colour

click the arrow next to the box that says colour then from the drop down menu choose "No fill" that will take away the white backgound colour and make the text box transparent

then to remove the lines around the box- In that same window, after fill, comes line

and theres an option for colour here too

choose colour and from the drop down menu select "no line" that should take away the lines/box around the text
