Since "blog" means a website that contains an assortment of articles of interest to the author, I want to use this discussion thread to post articles that I think people should be aware of.

AIDS and Ebola, two of this century's most virulent diseases. Is AIDS merely a freak accident of nature caused from an African green monkey virus? Or is AIDS a government-sponsored genocide program that seeded a laboratory virus into select populations for political purposes? 

The most damning evidence that AIDS was man-made comes from the Department of Defense*******when Pentagon officials requested an AIDS-like virus, and biowarfare labs dutifully provided a virus which would destroy the human immune response. 

There are tireless physicians who have spent years researching and documenting the exhaustive evidence that proves conclusively that HIV/AIDS is in fact a biological******* warfare experiment.

In his report WHO MURDERED AFRICA, Dr. William Campbell Douglass,wrote that HIV was finally produced*******in 1974.

It was a cold-blooded successful attempt to create a killer virus which was then used in a successful experiment in Africa. African AIDS was the result of the smallpox eradication vaccine program conducted by the World Health Organization during the 1970s. It was not an accident.

The AIDS virus bears no resemblance*******to any virus ever found in a green monkey or chimpanzee, but does bear a total resemblance to cow virus and sheep virus, which have been bonded together to create a hybrid virus. The only possible way these two different species of virus could bond together would be from deliberate laboratory manipulation, and then further engineered to make the jump into a human system.

HIV/AIDS is the synthetic biological agent to achieve worldwide genocide. The Army's DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGICAL WARFARE already has a well-documented tradition of EXPERIMENTATION ON HUMAN BEINGS. 

Creating AIDS in animals before the epidemic: 

There is evidence pointing to HIV as a virus whose origin traces back to animal cancer retrovirus experimentation in the "pre-AIDS" years of the 1960s and 70s. Evidence linking the introduction of HIV into humans via vaccine experiments in the late 1970s has been ignored. 

In 1969, the first of five recorded epidemics of "simian AIDS" erupted in a primate lab at Davis , California . In 1974 veterinarians created an AIDS-like disease when newborn chimps were removed from their mothers and weaned exclusively on virus-infected milk from cows infected with "bovine C-type virus." Within a year the chimps died of leukemia and pneumocystis pneumonia. Both diseases had never been observed in chimps before this virus-transfer experiment. Also downplayed is the laboratory creation of feline leukemia and "cat AIDS" by the transfer of HIV-like cat retroviruses in the mid-1970s. 

Scientists also discount any connection between the official outbreak of AIDS in 1981 and the experimental hepatitis B vaccine program (1978-1981) at the New York Blood Center in Manhattan that used humans as guinea pigs.

The idea behind Weather Control is simple, when you think about it simply. When you see and experience a strong thunderstorm, with a lot of lightening and thunder, what fact about this storm strikes you the most? Are you not impressed by the powerful display of energy that you witness? Energy is the primary ingredient behind natural storms. Therefore, you must believe that, just perhaps, if energy is the most dominant outward factor in all kinds of storms, then energy might be the key factor in creating such storms in the first place.

So, you ask, how much energy is required to create, and then direct, storms? The answer to that question depends upon many factors, but let us tell you how much capability has been built into the newly created power transmission station in remote Alaska. These power transmission towers are not your typical towers, as they are designed to generate power in such a way that it is beamed up into the ionosphere in tremendous quantities.

Let us allow Dr. Begich to explain this concept. "... this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ...." [Page 28]

The energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth so it would come down wherever the scientists wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it to hit the earth where they wanted it to hit, creating the type of disaster or weather they desired.

In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise just recently acquired to control the weather. By pouring measured energy that has been focussed into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of storms like hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes, and drought.

HAARP has been maintained partially as a clandestine project, operated by the US Navy. The information that is made available to the public is carefully worded to make HAARP appear as a******* harmless*******atmospheric research facility. The official HAARP facility is located in Gakuna, Alaska. The site consists of a collection of antennae, arranged in a computer-controlled grid, known as a "phased array." 

The phased array in HAARP is uses some of the extremely high frequencies to focus a powerful radio beam to specific locations in the Earth's ionosphere.

The ionosphere is a layer of charged*******atoms (or "ions") located about 60-90 kilometers above the Earth's surface.

H.A.A.R.P involves beaming High Frequency (HF) and Extremely High Frequency (EHF) waves, of extremely high power (over a billion watts), directly at a point on the ionosphere. When this was done, the ionosphere became heated from the accumulating electrical energy. The heated portion of the ionosphere expands like heated plastic and is raised to a higher altitude, causing an atmospheric "bulge." Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything-living and dead.

A review of the Congressional appropriations indicates that the proposed HAARP facility was to be located in Alaska's Poker Flat rocket range, a flat, spacious and remote facility about 30 miles north of Fairbanks.

According to University of Ottawa Professor Michel Chossudovsky,*******(HAARP),******* is a powerful tool for weather******* modification.
HAARP is capable of triggering floods, droughts and hurricanes, HAARP also generates sweeping pulses through the ULF/ELF range. In 2000, independent researchers monitored HAARP transmissions of 14 hertz. They found that when these signals were broadcast at high output levels, wind speeds topped 70 miles per hour. 

HAARP is not only capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems anywhere on the planet, but its effects can target select regions to affect human physical &*******mental******* responses. HAARP frequencies beamed at specific targets can generate earthquakes.

The Pentagon's warning about climate catastrophe is surely nothing more than a thinly-veiled attempt to prepare the masses for the bizarre atmospheric upheavals we can expect as the military continues to brutalize our planet and near space.

Masses of humans all over the world have not been told******* that it is possible to control weather with a technology called 'scalar electromagnetic waves'. These energy weapons can destroy the world. 

Many major technologies currently being used today were discovered by Nikola Tesla including alternating current, light bulbs, robotics. Tesla also invented an advanced technology to provide Free Energy to the entire planet, anywhere, and mainly for this reason the power elite eliminated Tesla's name from history books.

Tesla wanted to give his free energy technology to the world, and for this reason all his funding was cut off by JP Morgan, Westinghouse and others, and he was never permitted to be recognized for his monumental achievements. 

The key Tesla discovery was that the earth itself reverberated with a pulsing electrical current in the low ELF range By causing many towers to pulsate at the same exact ELF frequency at which the earth normally pulsates, scientists could create storms, manuever them, and dissipate them at will. They could cause earthquakes by combining the power from numerous towers. 

Scalar technology can also be used in an evil wayand has the potential to cause huge amounts of damage by using weather as a Weapon of Mass Destruction. This technology exists.

So, what makes the loop from the 17th -- eleven days earlier -- so unusual ...?

This!

This image (below) is the last pre-sunset GEOS visual satellite image of the Louisiana area from the same day as the New Orleans' radar "anomaly" -- August 18th. 

As you can see, it reveals a few thunderstorms situated to the north and west of New Orleans the City ... but in the area northeast of the City -- where those peculiar "radar bands" are locasted in the close-up -- there are no clouds or precipitation at all!

Here's the visual close-up (below); notice all that TOTALLY CLEAR AIR to the east of the City [located between Lake Pontchartrain (the red oval above the words "New Orleans") and the top of the "boot" below it, representing the Mississippi delta extending out into the Gulf of Mexico]--

Radar images on the National Weather Service NEXRAD image loops are created by transmitted radar energy (from the radar antenna) being reflected back to that same antenna, as a function of azimuth (a 360-degree position, relative to the transmitter). The NEXRAD system "refreshes" these images every 6 minutes -- revealing precipitation (rain, or hail or snow) within hundreds of miles of the antenna. Sometimes, when birds are migrating ... or insects are swarming in the Spring ... the radar system can detect echoes from objects OTHER than raindrops or snowflakes ... but that is very rare.

In this case, two highly patterned, incredibly regular, slowly-rotating "vortices" -- one northeast of New Orleans, the other to the south, and in TOTALLY CLEAR AIR! -- are reflecting strong echoes BACK to the NEXRAD antenna ... when there's NOTHING suspended in that air for the radar beam to be reflecting from!

what we are seeing in this extraordinary radar sequence ... is the standard NEXRAD radar signal being -- somehow -- reflected back from the clear air over and around New Orleans ... air which has somehow been made "radar reflective" by the application of an otherwise invisible "energy" signature ... from somewhere.

While the precise nature of this anomalous "reflection mechanism" is currently unknown -- without further information from other sensor systems -- possibilities range from "actual ionization of the air" itself (making it more electrically conductive -- and thus radar reflective), to equally anomalous "wavelike" changes in the density of the air within the rotating radar beam ....

*******it is this impossible (in current physics) "energy vortex signature" which ... 11 or 12*******days later ... literally attracted Hurricane Katrina right to New Orleans:

we have now been able to present unequivocal physical evidence ... the official NEXRAD radar signatures of August 17th ... which dramatically attests that "something," definitely "impossible" by all known current physics, was leaving an easily detectable radar signature in clear air over the City of New Orleans, on the evening of August 17th ....

Whatever formed this extraordinary radar signature, captured by the NEXRAD network on the 17th, cannot be considered, by any means, a "natural meteorological phenomenon."

The 1971 AIDS flowchart coordinates over 20,000 scientific papers and fifteen years of progress reports of a secret federal virus development program. The epidemiology of AIDS is an identical match to the "research logic" identified in the five section foldout. The flowchart is page 61 of Progress Report #8 (1971) of the Special Virus program of the United States.

On August 21, 1999, the world first saw the flowchart of the plot to thin the black population.



The 1978 report of the development of AIDS leaves no doubt as to the ("narrow result") candidate virus sought by the United States. The flowchart conclusively proves a secret federal plot to develop a "contagious cancer" that "selectively kills."

Following the presentation of the flowchart in Canada, the same information was presented to the United States in the rotunda of the Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland. As to weather engineering, I didnt read the whole thing.. though i do think the american government have milked it for all its worth, surely weather is something under Allahs control only?
