Major/Best books on Ulum ul Quran?

As salaamu alaykum.

What are some of the best works on the subject of Ulum ul Quran?

I know of a few and they are

1) al Itqan fi Ulum ul Quran (Suyuti)
2) al Burhan fi Ulum ul Quran
3) Manahil Irfan
4) Muqamidimah fil Tafsir (Ibn Taimiyyah, ra)

Are there any other works that come to mind as being major or indispensible works in this field?

In his book on the Sciences of the Qur’aan, Br. Yasir Qadhi mentioned, in addition to others, the following:
- Al-Madkhal li Dirasaat al-Qur’aan al-Kareem by Muhammad Abu Shahmah
- Mabaahith fi ‘Ulum al-Qur’aan by Dr. Subhee Saalih (and another book of the same title by Dr. Mannaa’ al-Qattaan).

Are these fairly contemporary works? I'm more interested in older works (pre-20th century), but jazakallah regardless.
