As we know, these are nothing but lies! its the other way around!

Anyway, we should spread it, every sane muslim and even non muslims will be disgusted by just looking at the accursed faces of those ayatulsatans. And besides hitting urself bloody is just the tip of the iceberg, there shirk is so clear, the blood just makes it shinier!
