besides, does anyone ever wonder that, if the jews and masons can have 100% control over the saudi arabian, jordan, egyptian and gulf states governments and monarchies, that they do not have control or massive influence over the islamic "scholarship"???
or am i too much of a noob to see this possibility?
Ayman bin Khaled - I heard in the Maliki madhab the dog is not najjas?
Because of the Ayat Sharif:
فَكُلُواْ مِمَّآ أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَاذْكُرُواْ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ
"So eat of what they (dogs) catch for you, but pronounce the Name of Allah over it". {Qur'an 5:4}.
Is that true???
You have indeed just replied to yourself and saved me the trouble.
The Arabs say: Indeed the ignorant is the enemy of himself.
Al-Shafie said: whenever I debate with a scholar I always win and whenever I discuss with an ignorant I always lose".
Indeed, this is another loss I need to add to my long list of discussions.
Just to make your visit to this thread benficial: dirty is one thing and impure is another thing and there is big difference between them!!
By the way, you are not living in Lakemba by any chance?
There is nothing more beloved to my heart than a good deed to be added in my account in the day of judgement when I am desperatly loloking for it. However, there is indeed nothing more despisable to my heart to know I took that good deed from another Muslim. So, I forgive you and I ask Allah to grant me that good deed inshallah anyway.

Yes. sorry i was a little too out of line.
But i have good reason for being skeptical of hadeeth superstitions with the mask of "heavily supported by the greatest scholars and thinkers of all time".

walaykum salaam
I use to think that dogs were impure but Islaam isn't based upon a democratic decision nor on desires of scholars
The dog as a whole is not impure, this is a innovation by the Shafi'is and Hanbalis. There's no evidence to say the dog is impure, MAYBE the saliva but not the dog itself. There's nothing that even mentions the reason behind throwing out the stuff and washing it 7 times and 1 with dirt. In Muwatta it only mentions the 7 washings but nothing about 1 with dirt. Only basis they have is an assumption based upon this hadeeth but nothing solid.
Hanafis probably have the most logical belief, the saliva is impure and not the dog itself but even that needs evidence
"Sheikh said..." - Wrong path
"Allaah, Rasool said..." - Right path
Don't base your Deen on the popularity of a scholar
