Latest Fatwa Against Ed Hussain

To the Muslims of the West:

We the honorable activists of the Ministry of No-Nonsense Justice, after much deliberation and un-scholarly research, hereby declares, by IJMA (consensus), that Ed Hussain is an outright FOOL.

Based on the fiqh of minorities, and taking into consideration of living under UK law, the standing committee of the Ministry of No-Nonsense Justice, hereby declares that Ed Hussain be punished by the striking of a Bangladeshi Bata Sandal* over his head.

The standing committee further urges all Muslim to fulfill this obligation, as it has deemed it close to Fard-Kefayah.

Finally this obligation is not upon the elderly and the weak. For them, it is sufficient to spit their PAAN in his direction, be it his photo, his writings or himself in person- as a sign of eeman.

due to the statements made by Ed Hussain, we hereby issue the following rulings:

1. He is now legally a heretical clown even though he disguises himself by wearing civilian clothes. His abandonment of the traditional clown clothing is nothing but deception.

2. It is now permissible to add his name and picture to the following words/phrases in the dictionary:

i) Liberal Extremist

ii) Sell-Out

iiii) “Such a sell out: we can’t believe he’s not a Munaafiq”

iv) “chat so much ****, that we can’t believe he’s not a public toilet”

v) Graduate of ******** Academy

We would finally like to advise all our Muslim organizations, such as ISB, Islam Channel, JIMAS, MCB, not to give Ed Hussain (and co.) any sort of platform out of fear. If you do happen to be overtaken by fear of him/them, then instead of betraying the Muslims and selling yourselves cheap, recite Ayatul Qursi on your selves, and insha’Allah you shall overcome his evil.

* Fiqhi conditions relating to the “Bata Sandal”:
- Must be at least 3 months old in usage
- It is preferable to keep the mud on the sandal when striking, but not a requirement
- If before the striking, the convict (of heretical foolism) repents from the statements/actions, then the striking must cease.
- The Bata Sandal must be approved by the Ministry of No-Nonsense Justice.
