I would like to post this short vid which has some generic comments that are of relevance. I appreciate that the source is not everyone's cup of tea, that's fine no problem, but the comments do address some of Pagan Padri's angles. Feel free to delete if you so wish.

Because the only integrity this Padri has is his pseudo-academia, I decided to explore it to see if it stands up to any scrutiny in this particular media-hyped issue. Unfortunately, the English doc of his fatwa didn't come out; otherwise I would have gone through all of that.

I didn't have time for waiting for his crap. Instead, I dipped a finger into his polluted ocean to see what rubbish this man is full of.

Of course, towards the end, he got applause from his audience. The applause sounded as if nobody knew what the hell he was talking about, but they knew that it was all about anti-terrorism so they just had to clap.

So I dedicated a few hours to the 8 YouTube clips on his fatwa presentation. Upon deeper investigation, this Padri is truly a pseudo-academic and a distorter. I believe that there is no need for me now to go through his whole fatwa and waste my time. He huffed and puffed in Westminster and I believe that is all what he had: I don't think his fatwa has any more than what he said.

My personal conclusion is this: Qadri is more of a Kharijite for casting Muslims out of the ambit of Islam than anybody else I have seen in this Ummah.

This is an informal analysis of TQ's and the Kafir world's mutual self-deception in this issue.

1. One thing I've realised on IA is that no person can fully cover all angles, even if his/her discussion/refutation is comprehensive. I'm sure if people with a different perspective, like AZ, saw the videos and commented, they would be able to dismantle this guy in manners I wouldn't be able to.

2. Qadri has proven to be a humiliation and source of low-level intellect in this lecture. If somebody doesn't have time, I would still advise them to watch the fifth video from 2:40 onwards, then contrast it with the Prophet's Hadith I mentioned beneath it.

3. Qadri has made a suicidal mistake, and the media too. All what he did was to prove that this discussion on Jihad is to be made by the Quran and Sunnah and the scholars, and not by the media, Governments or armies. As long as this is the perception Qadri wanted to create, then this is not something that is harmful to the people he is levelling his refutation-fatwa against. In my estimation, the most easiest PhD any Salafi or Deobandi can come up with is a critical analysis on the case against Tahir Qadri's method of anti-terrorism. If he can use and abuse Quran and Sunnah, why can't anyone else use it for the Haqq?

4. The video by "the Libyan" is good. It uncovers something valuable: Fiqh 'l-Jihad is the only way out for everyone here. Brushing this aspect under the carpet, like TQ did in Westminster, will solve no problem, nor will it 'de-radicalise' anyone. Ask ANY Muslim on the streets of Britain today about whether his/her views have changed on Jihad throught his obese fatwa and I can guarantee you that this fatwa did nothing. The most it is going to do is that it is going to force the youth of Jihad to go back to the primary sources and the scholars of Jihad and verify/learn the side of the argument TQ was trying to patheticaly refute. So who won?
