Very true the hijab is a very visual sign of Islaam , I can remember my own family going ballistic at me wearing a hijab , of course my non covering sister in law did not make it easy, as they wondered how come she didn't cover but I did. But as they say time heals everything, now when I am with them they warn me if anyone is heading up the path.
Deeds are your money on the day of judgement , make sure you collect plenty now.
Say (O Muhammad SAW):"I am not a new thing among the Messengers (of Allâh) (i.e. I am not the first Messenger) nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner." (Al-Ahqaf 46:9)

assalamu'alaykum warahmatullahi wabraakatuh
so now u dont have to be in hijaab as they warn u if anyone is heading towards the room ?

wa 'alaykum usalaam , In my own parents and siblings house no I don't have to be in Hijab all the time alhamdulilaah. But you have to watch for unexpected people , where I am from anyone can just turn up, knock the door and walk in , then its a mad scrabble for the stairs.
