Human shields

Could someone tell me if the translation on this video is correct as it doesn't make sense to me as a person can't be considered a human shield if their presence wont stop the attack in the first place. The Jews have been circulating this video to try to shift the blame for the civilian deaths to Hamas.

Yes I know you where brother. I am just looking to know what is actually said as I was debating with someone and they produced this video which I think is being taken out of context.
