Twelve alleged Muslim radicals who were mostly arrested in Serbia's southern region of Sandzak have been jailed for plotting attacks on an imam and others.

Their alleged leader, Senad Ramovic, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for terrorist offenses and illegal possession of arms and explosives.

Eleven defendants got terms ranging from eight years to six months, two were acquitted and one faces retrial.

All pleaded not guilty when their trial opened in Belgrade in January 2008.

Most of the 15 defendants were arrested near Novi Pazar, Sandzak's main town, in 2007.

These are our beloved brothers, who were arrested last year in the city Novi Pazar.
They have been taken by force in front of the taghout and a mushrik Imam from the so called (Non)IslamicComunity was the one who acctually started to call the police and lie about them.

These people ''brothers'' live in Serbia so my guess is they are born Serbs and not Bosnian's etc,the matter is a bit more complicated then it first looks,the chap called ''At-Tawheed'' and his click(their website etc) hold Muslims as mushrikeen until they see a clear sign of their Islam(tawheed) from them,up until that point irrespective of look.words,,dress,hijab.thobe,beard etc etc you are classed as a mushrik.I went back over this post for a reason namely the part by ''At-Tawheed'' where he stated ''mushrik Imam from the so called (Non)IslamicComunity was the one'',so as you see they grouped all the Muslims together as kuffar for the action of one/some(or so we are told)but in truth these lying khwarij never saw them as Muslim from day one,so what was there real issue with these people as they have nothing to do with them from the get go nor even live near them,yet the hatred they have for them is quite clear from ''At-Tawheed'',so now I am wondering what is the real story here?...

Do you have specific quotes? I had a look on the website myself with google translate and I didn't see anything too weird ( I don't know arabic though).

Also, im not sure whether if someone has these heretical beliefs, are they disbelievers or not? Or is it that they have some errors in imaan?

"Abu Hannah", I know it is hard for you and your friends to belive, that we are more then "Handfull". These brothers come from the city Novi Pazar, from a Province in Serbia called "Sandzak". So it is wrong to say, there are serbs, because most of them have bosnian passport, and the territory is only controlled by Serbia. The same was before with the province of Kosovo, it was under Serbian controll, but the people there were not Serbs, but albanians. So it is also wrong to say about the brothers there, they are serbs. Don't mix these, just because there are from this area, it doesn't mean they are Serbs. (Even thou, we have serbian muslims now, Alhamdulillah) We hate every mushrik, be it serb or Bosnian or Arab, and we love every muslim, nomatter who he is and from which place.

Only in this city of Novi Pazar, you can find two masajd, and in the other provinces and cities, many more. So, you should come and visit us, cause much things you have missunderstood, and say things about us we never claim. But as I know you, your hatred for muslims (tawhid in generell) is a barrier for your hidayah.

I have explanid to you this, if you go back to my older posts, you would know that Hamad bin Atiq An-Najdi made also generell takfir on all inhabitans of the Turkish State, Al Aqsa, Makka etc, even though they hade some sign of islam like beard, Nikab, thoub, adhan, salah etc.. Also today: We belive that a person will not be giving the hukm 'muslim' today, just because of the Nikab she wears, or the hijjab, or if we see somebody praying or having a beard. The person will be giving the hukm accoring to the comunity he/she belongs. The situation changes from time and area. But this don't mean, that it is the takfir of punishment, also we don't say, there is no single muslim in that comunity. (Go back to the fatwa of Hammad bin Atiq, and you will understand that this don't mean that u see everybody as mushrik who will be punisht, and not one single muslim is in that area..) Today the people don't knon the real meaning of Islam. They claim a person can be a muwahid, even if he allows or makes ibadah to somebody else then Allah the Most High. Also you could have asked me on privat, but as I know you now, you only want to put your posts on every thread..

I advise you to aid the truth and Tawhid (pure monotheism) and its adherents, and to search for those who best fulfill this description and be patient alongside them, as Allah Said to His Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم): {“And be patient alongside those who call upon their Lord in the morning and afternoon, seeking His Face…”} [al-Kahf; 28]
You have to first know and learn the truth and Tawhid in order to know its adherents, because people are recognized in light of the truth. So, if you come to know the closest people to the call to Tawhid, hold tightly to their friendship and help them as much as you can.
Beware of blind allegiance to personalities, as this will block you off from much good.
The people of the truth that I advise you to stick with must combine these important characteristics:
they adhere to the belief of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah
they follow the Prophetic method in calling to Tawhid and disassociating themselves from shirk
they do this openly, just as Prophet Ibrahim and his followers did
they do not have blind allegiance except to textual evidence
they do their part in aiding and giving victory to the Religion
they are not hurt by those who oppose them or betray them, as in the description of the Ta’ifah al-Mansurah (the Victorious Group – may Allah make us from it)…”

I forgot to add something:

This is the name of the Organisation there in Sandzak (and in the most cities of Serbia and Bosnia) which has been grounded by the Serbian State.

You missunderstood from the first beginning what I was writting.

And yes; we never saw them as muslims in the first place, because to be an "Imam" in this organistaion, who must swear to follow the consition of the Serbian state and not make anything which is against it, allow voting, forbid the nikab and beard, making permissible the worship of the dead, make dawah against "Wahabism" etc.. So of course, these people never was muwahidon in the first place, it would be absurd to say: "They are now murtadeen, before that, they were muwahidun - hanif - bara from shirk and mushrik)."

InshAll-llah now it's clear what I meant.
