I don't know that they are kuffar. I haven't seen anything from them that would take them outside to fold of Islam. Certainly they are hypocrites and people of vain desires and heresy.

Do they say that secular democracy is valid political system, or do they just encourage voting to secure the lesser of two evils or to serve the interests of the Muslims? As for Jihad do they deny it as a tenet or do they just make the dull condemnations of "terrorism"? I hate these guys as much as anyone, but we have to be just and apply the principles of takfir very carefully.

It seems to me that they validate the kufr system and reject jihad in total. That makes them kufaar and worthy of full enmity from us
