Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, 23, was escorted from the Little Rock police headquarters in Arkansas on Monday. Muhammad is the suspect in the killing of a soldier in a targeted attack on a military recruiting center, police said.

I am currently reading the book, "The Architect" about the life of Abu Musab Al Suri and it talks in detail about his strategy of having smaller cells which come together of themselves. I think this strategy will see more acts such as this in where one or several people carry out attacks upon the kuffar. Although having its limitations it will be much harder if not impossible for them to detect and if it was wide spread it could cast terror into the enemies of Islam.
May Allah hasten the escape of this brother.
