Of course, I am not referring to the Salafis in Pak or elsewhere... I am from the UK and the crowd I am speaking to know very well that they are being addressed.

Extremist brothers, take heed. Otherwise, this could be you in five years time.

Bro Abu Zubair, do you consider Usama a former extremist or are you just speaking in general terms?
How ironic that the translator of al-Albani's 'Prophet's Prayer Described' is now saying some of this stuff.
Usama Hasan was never an extremist anyway.
Usamah Hasan was crying in the Eid khutbah one year, mentioning a brother who had "sacrificed his life" for the sake of Allah. No doubt such brothers and the struggle they fought for, and continue to fight for, are to be denounced now.
Sheikh Suhaib, he is a good man, but he doesn't have any control in that family.
Everyone is changing , May Allaah keep us steadfast ameen.
Deeds are your money on the day of judgement , make sure you collect plenty now.
Say (O Muhammad SAW):"I am not a new thing among the Messengers (of Allâh) (i.e. I am not the first Messenger) nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner." (Al-Ahqaf 46:9)
Ask those who were involved in the Salafi fitna about the extremism of all of these people. These brothers were instrumental in causing fitna against JIMAS when Abu Muntasir broke away. Most of these things are kept hush hush. All of these Salafi figureheads historically have been at each others throats but hardly any of the details ever surface for the common people to see what's happening. These guys weren't Jihadi extremists. They don't have that spirit to be so. They were all madkhali extremists causing fitna.
The point isn't about this extremism or that. The point is about extremism itself. Some people, unfortunately, can never find balance. When they are Salafis, they are the most extreme type. When they are modernist, they become almost liberal progressive.
It would be stupid for the common person to see that they are STILL undergoing evolution, and yet still trust them with respect to their deen.

This is really sad, indeed. We are truely in those times when clinging to the Qur'an and Sunnah is like holding a hot coal and this is just more evidence of that. The other sad thing is when one makes Tariq Ramadan look like a hardliner.
