how do you know I haven't?
these people do not want to talk. half of the time they do not even know the nonsense they are chatting about. it is only after speaking to them I realised these guys are seriously lacking in what I thought to be fundamentals of any topic.
You go and speak to him and see if you can convince him.

salams
Since he has started appearing on TV and on platforms where he is giving wrong opinions, he should be refuted publically. Wheres the logic in allowing him to say these things publically and yet expect someone to advise him privately without offering a public refutation? Anyway, you think he is not fully aware of what he is saying?

I have been considering to write something on the issue. But I think we want to move away from just another legal-theological article...

guys... if I were to show you email exchanges between myself, others like Abu Rumaysa and Shakur, etc... and the so-called Salafi-figureheads, you would be shocked at their responses. I wouldn't mind publishing those emails for public consumptions if THEY don't mind. But I think they wouldn't like that since they didn't write that up for the public.
But there is more to this than meets the eye.

The sure proof of bankruptcy of these people are that talking to 'Hardtalk' is only time they are capable of talking hard. They would dare talking hard in front of the Orthodoxy. I believe brother AZ.

Shakur is a good brother from East London... good knowledgeable brother... a lot more knowledgeable than any of these guys.

Abuz Zubair mentioned good brothers.....Indeed holding firm to the sunnah is like holding hot coal.....

What we are seeing in the UK is the complete collapse of the salafi movement.
The extremist madkhalis were bound to collapse I suppose. What is more interesting is that those salafis that were exposed to wider scholarship
with true intellectual bent, were unable to find within salafi-ism the tools
to combat those greater ideas.
I think the salafis therefore find it difficult to approach any intellectual discussion, and so they resort to what they are good at- physical violence.
The main academic schools of islam will triumph- And in britain probably because sufism is too contraversial. some form of deobandi-ism will become orthodoxy
Personally I am very happy.
We are seeing the beheading of the salafi cyclops. The akabir are leaving.
Its all going wrong if ur a salafi
Naveed, you are judging the Salafis by the statements of one man. You are typical of your kind who are extremely ignorant of current affairs and who don't know what is going on around them.
