Ways the Misguided Youth Bent on Takfeer & Bombings Contradict Islaam1
The young people who’ve been tested and tried with committing Takfeer2 and bombings have contradicted Islaam in many different ways. And even one of them is sufficient as a sin for someone to commit, so what about committing all of them? This is a short collection of some of these things they do that Islaam opposes along with the evidences showing the severity and danger of them.
1.Making Takfeer of Other Muslims
The Prophet said:
“Anyone who says to his brother, ‘You disbeliever!’ then it falls back upon one of them: either he (the accused) is really as he (the accuser) says or it returns back to him (the accuser).3
And from the Hadeeth of Abu Tharr he also said:
“Whoever accuses a man of disbelief or says, ‘You enemy of Allaah!’ and he’s not actually like that, it returns back to the accuser.”4
If this the threat for making Takfeer of a single person, then what about making Takfeer an entire nation?!
2.Killing Muslims without Right
Allaah says:
And it’s not for any believer to kill another believer except by accident.
[Soorah An-Nisaa, 4:92]
And He says:
And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to remain therein. Allaah is angry with him, condemns him, and has prepared for him a great punishment.
[Soorah An-Nisaa, 4:93]
And He says:
And for that, We decreed for the children of Israel that whoever killed someone not because of murder or spreading corruption on earth, then it is as if he killed all of mankind. And if someone saves a person, it is as if he saved all of mankind.
[Soorah Al-Maaidah, 5:32]
And the Prophet said:
“The first matter to be judged among mankind on the Day of Resurrection will be that of shedding blood (murder).”5
He also said:
“A believer will continue to be comfortable with his religion as long as he doesn’t shed sacred blood.”6
Jundub Ibn ‘Abdullaah a companion of Prophet Muhammad, said:
“The first thing to spoil from a person is his stomach, so whoever is able to eat nothing but good, pure food, then let him. And whoever is able to let nothing prevent him from (entering) Paradise by not allowing his hand to fill with blood he’s spilled, then let him.”7
Al-Haafith Ibn Hajar said in his book, “Fath Al-Baaree” (13/130) after this Hadeeth was mentioned in a Marfoo’8 form from At-Tabaree:
“Even if it wasn’t reported explicitly in a Marfoo’s form, it’s still considered to be raised to the level of the Prophet’s statement because it’s not something that could have been known and said (by a companion) based solely on one’s opinion. It’s a severe threat for killing a Muslim without right.”
3.Committing Suicide
Allaah says:
Oh you who believe, do not unjustly consume one another’s property unless it be a trade between you by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves, for certainly Allaah is merciful to you. Whoever does that through aggression and injustice, We shall put him in the fire, and that is easy for Allaah.
[Soorah An-Nisaa, 4:29-30]
And the Prophet said:
“Whoever killed himself with anything in this life, he’ll be punished with it on the Day of Resurrection.”9
4.Killing Non-Muslims Who were Promised Safety
Prophet Muhammad said:
“Whoever murders a Mu’aahid10 won’t even smell Paradise, and it’s fragrance can be smelled from forty years away.”11
And even regarding if they happen to be killed in an accident (while living among Muslims), Allaah says:
And if he belonged to a people with whom you have a treaty of peaceful mutual alliance, then compensation (blood-money) must be paid to his family, and a believing slave must be freed. Whoever cannot find the means (to do these things), then fasting two consecutive months (is prescribed).
[Soorah An-Nisaa, 4:92]
5.Causing Those Once Safe & Secure to Live in Fear
The Prophet said:
“Anyone who takes up arms against us is not one of us.”12
‘Abdur-Rahmaan Ibn Abee Laylaa said:
The companions of Muhammad narrated to us they used to travel with the Prophet. A man among them fell asleep, so some of them took a rope he had and grabbed him (as a joke, possible to tie him up) thereby scaring him. So, the Prophet said:
“A Muslim is not allowed to scare another Muslim.”13
6.Destroying the Property of Others
Allaah says:
And when he turns away, he goes throughout the earth spreading corruption, destroying crops and cattle. And Allaah does not like corruption.
[Soorah Al-Baqarah, 2:205]
And the Prophet said:
“Whoever receives people’s wealth or property (as a loan or trust) and he tries to fulfill the duties and responsibilities regarding it, Allaah will help him fulfill them. And whoever is receives it but tries to ruin it (neglects his responsibilities), Allaah will ruin him.”14
So, if this is the case of someone who’s entrusted with people’s property and wealth yet doesn’t care to fulfill his responsibilities regarding it, then what about those who destroy the property of others with bombings and other means of destruction?!
7.Armed Hijacking of Vehicles to Escape in Them
The Prophet said:
“It’s not permissible for anyone to take the property of his brother without right.”15
And in his sermon on the “Day of An-Nahr” in Minaa during the “Farewell Pilgrimage”, Abu Bakr reported that he said:
“Certainly, the blood of all of you, your wealth, and your honor are to be held by each of you as sacred just as the sanctity of this day of yours in this month of yours in this land of yours until the day you all meet your Lord.”16
8.Disguising Themselves (some men among them) in Women’s Clothing
Ibn ‘Abbaas narrated said:
“The Prophet condemned men that imitate women and women that imitate men.”17
And the fact that some of these people contradict Islaam in this way results from their misunderstanding of religious texts and not referring to and consulting with scholars. About this, Allaah’s messenger said:
“If Allaah wants good for someone, He gives him correct understanding of the religion.”18
And based on this, it’s understood that if Allaah doesn’t intend good for someone, He doesn’t give him correct religious understanding.
Those people must fear Allaah with regards to their Islaam, themselves, their families, and their nation. They should try to correctly understand the religion and refer back to the people with knowledge to avoid making blind, chaotic mistakes that have caused them to contradict Islaam in so many ways. And they have to fear oppressing themselves and others because the Prophet said:
“Be conscientious and fearful of oppressing (anyone), for oppression will become darkness on the Day of Resurrection.”19
They’ve also got to beware of becoming bankrupt, ruined people in the hereafter about whom the Prophet said:
“Certainly, the bankrupt, ruined person of my nation is he who’ll come on the Day of Resurrection with prayer, fasting, and charity yet he cursed this person, falsely accused that person, took the property of this person, spilled the blood of that person, and struck that person. His good deeds will be given to this person and that person, and if his good deeds finish before his judgment is through, then the sins of those people will be put onto him. He’ll then be thrown into the fire.”20

Ya Akhi, My Alaah bless you, I do not want debate with my brothers. I just post articles that discredited Christians because I do like them and statements from the my Prophet, my Lord, and the Ulema I respect. Refer your questions to them. I am not anybody in this religion. My opinion or answer would not matter much.
I ask the youth one question or two when we speak so freely and openly about Allahs religion, as if we have freedom of speech in the religion like in the west are we truly in fear of the last day?...may Allah guide us all. Sufi, Salafi, Jihadi what every we call our selves are we so confident of what we say that we have certainty on the day of judgement? I do not have this confidence. I will gladly pass this of to those who have study longer than I have or have fought to gain leadership let them carry this weight. My Allah blot out all the sins of the believing men and women!!!
(end of my speach)
What follows is from the book: The Evil of Craving for Wealth and Status, by Al-Haafith Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali
This is similar to the hatred of the Salafus-Saalih (the Pious Predecessors) that a person should put himself forward to give religious verdicts (fataawaa) and to crave them, and to hasten to it, and to do it in excess. Ibn Lahee`ah reports from `Ubaydullaah ibn Abee Ja`far in mursal form from the Prophet sallallahu `alayhi wa sallam that he said, "He who is boldest from you in giving religious verdicts, will be the boldest in proceeding to the Fire" [It is reported by ad-Daarimee 1/57 and its chain of narration is weak since it is mursal (i.e. there is a missing link or links between the last narrator and the Prophet sallallahu `alayhi wa sallam)]. `Alqamah said, "They used to say, 'The boldest of you in giving religious verdicts is the o¬ne having the least knowledge.'"
Al-Baraa' said, "I met a hundred and twenty of the Ansaar from the Companions of Allaah's Messenger sallallahu `alayhi wa sallam and when o¬ne of them was asked about a matter there was not a single man amongst them except that he wished that his brother would suffice him (by answering)." [This saying is reported by ad-Daarimee (1/53) and Ibn `Abdul-Barr in Jaami` (2/163). However it is the saying of `Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Abee Laylaa and not the saying of al-Baraa`, and its chain of narration is saheeh. As for the saying of al-Baraa`, then it is, "I saw three hundred of the people of Badr, there was not a single o¬ne of them except that he loved that someone else should take his place in answering." It is reported by Ibnul-Mubaarak in az-Zuhd (no. 58), ibn Sa`d (6/11) and others and its isnaad contains Aboo Ishaaq as-Sabee`ee who is acceptable (sadooq) except that he was mudallis and reports it without stating that he heard it directly.]In a narration there occurs the addition, "…so this one would refer it to another, and he would refer it to someone else until it would eventually return to the first o¬ne." From Ibn Mas`ood, radiyallaahu `anhu, who said, "The o¬ne who gives a religious verdict to the people about everything that he is asked is indeed insane." [Reported by Ibn `Abdul-Barr (2/164-165), al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/197-198) and Aboo Khaithamah in al-`Ilm (no. 10) and its chain of narration is saheeh.]
`Umar ibn `Abdul-`Azeez was asked about a question and replied, "I am not o¬ne who is bold about giving religious verdicts." He also wrote to o¬ne of his governors, "By Allaah I am not o¬ne who craves after giving religious verdicts, as long as I can find a way to avoid it."
Ibn Yameenah said, "This affair is not for those who love that the people should have need of them, rather this affair is o¬nly for those who love that someone can be found to take their place." It is also reported from him that he said, "The most knowledgeable of people concerning religious verdicts is the o¬ne who is most often silent, and the most ignorant of people about them is the o¬ne who speaks the most with regard to them." [Reported by al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/166) and its isnaad is weak.]
Sufyaan ath-Thawree said, "We reached the scholars and they used to hate answering questions and giving religious verdicts until they could find no way out except to give a verdict, but if they were relieved of having to do so then that was more beloved to them."
Imaam Ahmad said, "He who puts himself forward to give religious verdicts has put himself forward to something very serious, unless he is forced through necessity." It was said to him, "Then which is better: for him to speak or to remain silent?" He said, "It is more beloved to us that he should withhold." It was said, "But if there is a necessity?" So he started saying, "Necessity! Necessity!" And he said, "It is safer for him to withhold."
So those who give religious verdicts should realise that they are transmitting Allaah's orders and prohibitions and that he will be made to stand to account and be questioned about it. Ar-Rabee` ibn Khaitham said, "O giver of religious verdicts! Look and see how you are giving verdicts." `Amr ibn Deenaar said to Qataadah when he sat to give religious verdicts, "Do you realise the affair that you have fallen into? You have come between Allaah and His worshippers and say, 'This is correct and this is not correct.'" [Reported by al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/168)]From Ibnul-Munkadir who said, "The scholar enters between Allaah and His creation, so let him look and see how he enters between them." [Reported with variations in wording by ad-Daarimee (1/53), and al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/168) and its isnaad is saheeh.]
When Ibn Seereen was asked about anything pertaining to the permissible and forbidden his colour would change and he would alter so that he would not seem to be the same person. [Reported by ibn Sa`d (7/195), al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/167) and its isnaad is saheeh]. When an-Nakhaa`ee was asked about something then hatred would be seen upon his face and he would say, "Could you not find someone else to ask other than me?" He also said, "I spoke and if I had found any way out I would not have spoken, and indeed a time when I am the scholar of Koofah is an evil time." [Reported in meaning by Aboo Khaithamah in al-`Ilm (no. 131).]
It is related that Ibn `Umar, radiyallaahu `anhumaa, said, "You ask us for religious verdicts in such a manner that it is as if we are people who are not going to be questioned about the verdicts that we give you." [Reported by al-Fasawee (1/490) and al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/168) and its isnaad is weak.] Also from Muhammad ibn Waasi` who said, "The first of those who will be called to account are the scholars." It is reported about Maalik, radiyallaahu `anhu, that when he was asked about a matter it was as if he were standing between the Paradise and the Hell-Fire. [Reported by al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/167) and its isnaad is weak.]
One of the scholars also said to a person who used to give religious verdicts, "When you are asked about a matter then do not let your concern be to release and find a way out for the questioner, but rather to release and save your own self." [The o¬ne who said this was `Umar ibn Khaldah az-Zurqee and he was speaking to Rabee`ah ibn Abee `Abdir-Rahmaan. This narration is reported with very close wordings by al-Fasawee (1/556-557), Aboo Nu`aym in al-Hilyah (3/260-261) and al-Khateeb in al-Faqeeh wal-Mutafaqqih (2/169) and its isnaad is saheeh.]Another said, "If you are asked about a matter then consider - if you find a way out of it then speak, otherwise remain silent." The sayings of the Salaf about this are too many to quote and gather.

Mr Fake Salafi - if you do not want to discuss what you post, do not bother posting fatawas. This is a discussion forum.
