A Brother is Flirting with Ibadis and justifies Khawarij

THere is a brother I know through the internet who is showin interest for Ibadi sect. He is even justifying Khawarij actions in the past saying they had sound reasons.

I try to tell him that this is not okay.

But I dont have sufficient evidence.

Then I braught up the fact that Khawarij claim if anyone commits a major sin then they are considered Kufar. I don't remember where I got that information from.

But can anyone help me provide him with good information to change his mind?
