In this discussion Younus Abdullah Muhammad covers the 4th chapter of Shaykh Sayid Abu A'la Mawdudi's The Islamic Movement - Dynamics of Values Power and Change, a speech delivered in April 1945, and correlates it to the obstacles facing the ummah today. The treatise covers iman, Islam, taqwa and ihsan and essntially argues that many portray themselves as possessing taqwa and ihsan but in many ways do not even fullfill the necessary requirements for having sufficient iman. In this way the ummah is kept existing in a world dominated by kufr and accepting, aiding and abiding in that hegemonic domination. Brother Younus draws some parallels and similitudes from today's reality. Please support the dawa at Revolution Muslim
