Need help in making islamic site

Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullah

Dear muslims!
I intend to start an islamic site where a teacher of arabic language will teach the arabic language to those who want study arabic. The lessons will be free for the sake of Allah, but the lessons are directed to azeri speaking muslims.
Secondly, a group of brothers will translate arabic books into azeri language inshaAllah and we will have refutations against shi'a as you know Azerbaijan is mainly shia country.

But I have one small problem: I need help in making this site, design work or everything related to its structure. )))
The site will be solely for books and articles, like in the example of موقع الإسلام but you have in this site fatawa, lessons and other things, we want just to focus on translating books and articles.
If anyone can help in this beneficial work please inform me here!
Or just give me advice, direct me to proper sources. A site like IslamicAwakening.Com is also good, except I dont like the colour )))
