refuting abu Isa's lots

For anyone who knows these people would know that they believe in giving bayah to their sheikh abu isa and they say his khalif etc......

i was wondering if anyone has any refutation regarding this issue please, jazakallah khair

I have come across many kufr of Abu Eesa such as: his claim that, ignorance in the Aqida is an acceptable excuse. He regards the meal of the meat slaughtered by the Mushrik as halal. He accepts people ( takes bayah) into his jamaah, which he himself says are not Muslims. One of these people is his own son-in-law. He says signing a contract which contains kufr will be permitted if a different name other than your own is used. He sees it as permissible to go to the court of taghout; e.g. he had permitted his deputy in Germany to be divorced from his wife in a German court. I know darultawhid.com will preapere a detailed refutation against him under the topic Guard your faith/khilafetees (Hizbu Tahreer, Abu Eesa, Kaplanees) may Allah help them and reward them. May Allah guide Abu Eese and likes to the right path.
