3 police in tunisia closing the doors of the university on sisters and
prevents them from going to their classes because of their hijab.
this is just to show the kufr of tunisian government.

And it is not permissable for sisters to study in mixed environment and in university or college which does not pay attention to the rules of sharee’ah such as wearing hijaab and avoiding mixing.

Habib Bourguiba, the first prime minister of Tunisia, claimed in 1960 that the fast of Ramadan hindered economic progress and so he ruled that Ramadan should not be observed! May Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) give him and the current rulers what they deserve. Ameen.

"'A modern nation cannot afford to stop for a month every year,' he once said, drinking orange juice on television during Ramadan." ( http://archives.cnn.com/2000/WORLD/a...uiba.death.02/ )

"Before a political meeting in a Tunis movie house, he called Ramadan, with its positive requirements of prayers and meditation, a religiously 'beautiful custom' that in practice too often is a 'pretext that paralyzes our activity.' He shocked his hearers by urging them not to fast during Ramadan, which begins Feb. 29." ("Breaking the Fast," Time Magazine, February 22, 1960, http://www.time.com/time/magazine/ar...romoid=googlep )

"An example of the influence of the mufti can be taken from this incident in Tunisia: Habib Bourguiba, the late President of Tunisia once argued in 1961 (1381 Muslim Calendar) that 'fasting' during Ramadan (Arabic: رمضان ) should not be observed for it reduces productivity. He then appeared on television with his cabinet, eating and drinking during Ramadan. Bourguiba then asked the Grand Mufti of Tunisia, Sheikh Altaher Ibn Ashoor (Arabic: الشيخ الطاهر بن عاشور ), to issue a fatwa accommodating the desires of the state.

The Grand Mufti of Tunisia went on television and addressed the audience and read sura Al-Baqara:183 (2:183) :

O you who believe! Observing the fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become the pious.

God said the truth' (Arabic: صدق الله العظيم ), and President Habib Bourguiba lied.' Then issued a fatwa that not observing Ramadan is a sin and whoever doesn't observe the fasting has knowingly rejected his well-known religious duty forcibly and added that fasting does not reduce productivity."

May Allah reward and elevate this 'alim for his clinging to the Sunnah, even though it had become as a hot coal.
