Justice for Aafia Coalition presents...

Come rally with us in support of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui as we commemorate the 9th anniversary of her disappearance. Siddiqui is one of America’s many victims of the “war on terror” stripped of her fundamental human rights and unjustly imprisoned.

On March 30, 2003, Aafia Siddiqui was abducted with her three children, the youngest who was only 7 months old at the time and is still missing to this day. When taken on trial, she was sentenced to a heinous 86 years on wanton charges and has now reportedly contracted cancer among other consequences.

As part of International Women's Day, the Justice for Aafia Coalition intends to highlight Siddiqui's case (now entering its 10th year) while keeping in mind that yesterday, Aafia was just a number (ie: 650). Right before our eyes, many numbers of cases are going left unheard in the same manner. Let us invite loved ones and acquaintances to awaken to the current-day injustices and be inspired to make a difference for a brighter future.
