    Du'a Request for Family

    AOA

    Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I am in a very tight spot at home right now. My family members are constantly quarreling with each other. My mom and dad have been fighting a lot these past few days and it is really starting to get out of hand. It has to do with the finances and a gardener we have hired that my mom wants gone. There is just too much commotion and my mom does not seem to stop. She really seems on edge and agitated lately.

To top it all off my 12 year old sister has been sick with a cold for the past few days and she has been using filthy language a lot more than usual. She claims to be Islamic, however, she never respects either of our parents and she yells at them and uses profanity in front of them. What scares me the most is that my 7 year old brother might get influenced by her. She never takes no for an answer and always locks the door. She has a huge hatred for me and always tries to physically fight me. She really seems to be angry and I am very scared for her. She just finished 8th grade and demands that she be on the computer in her room all day and be allowed to go wherever she wants with her friends.

I really feel like somebody has put nazar in our home since things have been pretty unrestful for the past few months. However, lately it seems things have gotten pretty bad.

I'm only 19 and I've just gotten done with the 2nd year of college, however, I'm so sad that I can't even enjoy anything and I've just been so depressed.

I am asking, from the bottom of my heart, for some dua's from anyone on here.

    Thank you,
    Aahsin

May Allah make it easy for you and your family. May He 'Azza wa Jal guide you all, purify your hearts and bring you closer to Him so that you love eachother for the sake of Allah. Ameen.

You might want to read Surah Baqarah in your house as this will prevent shaytan from entering your house for 3 days

may be taking your sisters out of public school (i assume they are in public school,i might be wrong) and sending them back home for islamic/cultural education would be a good start

May Allaah put sakina into your household, ameen.

These problems are in many households teenage angst or whatever one calls it, it's a real troublesome time.

Read sura Al-baqara in the house.
Deeds are your money on the day of judgement , make sure you collect plenty now.

Say (O Muhammad SAW):"I am not a new thing among the Messengers (of Allâh) (i.e. I am not the first Messenger) nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner." (Al-Ahqaf 46:9)

Our beloved Prophet, salahallahu 'alayhi wa salam said,

By Allah, it is not poverty that i fear for you, but what i fear is that this world would extend its pleasures to you as it has to those before you, and so you will compete for it as they have, and it would cause your ruin as it has with them
