The best n the only option is to instill God consciousness in ur child

The best control is to not allow PC's in the bedroom and have them in full frontal view in the busiest room in the house .
My friends have installed software programmes , most of their children can find ways around it , also there are websites and willing friends that show you how .

give them an alotted time on the pc each day and then have someone monitor them, this is fool proof, these programs all have glitches and kids tend to be very clever these days
