Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah رحمه الله said: Religion consists entirely of good character (الدين كله هو الخلق). Whoever surpasses you in good character surpasses you in religion.

The Prophet (saw) said “Do not talk excessively without remembering Allah, because such excessive talk without the mention of Allah causes the heart to harden and the furthest person from Allah is a person with a hard heart”. [At-Tirmidhi, 2411].
