Maybe a bit off topic but you know what...im never lending my books to anyone ever again!!!!!
Actually, thats exactly how to look after your books. Don't give em to people.The Prophet (saw) said “Do not talk excessively without remembering Allah, because such excessive talk without the mention of Allah causes the heart to harden and the furthest person from Allah is a person with a hard heart”. [At-Tirmidhi, 2411].

off topic again maybe..
i ordered that book, Crusades through the eyes of an arab, it came yesterday, i had a look at it, put in on the dining table and now its missing, ive looked everywhere, ive tried to blame other family members for pilfering it but its no where to be seen, it took a week to come and now i cannot read it

LOOL, stuff like that always happens to me..sometimes I even think that its Jinn who are robbing me.off topic again maybe..

the book came back alhamdulillah, and it wasnt me who misplaced it.
