Affect is 'a' doing something to 'b'. It is the same as 'change'.
Effect is the consequence of affect. Something that is produced.

I am affected by hot weather. (The hot weather brings about a change in me.)
The medicine I used had a good effect on me. (The medicine I used had a good result.)

Anyway Jzk for this useful thread, it is nice someone taking at the time to correct common mistakes. It looks plain messy and wrong when there are so many spelling errors in a sentence or it is badly formed.

Advice is something you give to somebody (or yourself) wanting to impart/guide to some benefit (unless it is bad advice). Advice is a thing (noun).
Advise is the act of giving advice. Advise is an action (verb).

My advice to you is to stop smoking and exercise more.
