Bismillah.
(Just to reiterate my point from the other thread.)
Subhanallah!!!
Now I know why the Ulamaa consider Bid'ah to be worse than Sins. At least a Fasiq who commits Zina will know and accept that what he is doing is wrong and may at least feel guilty about what he's doing. He wouldn't film himself doing Zina and post up on the internet to encourage others to do likewise.
However, this is not the case with Ahl ul-Bid'ah, who think that what they are doing is good and praiseworthy; feel no guilt or remorse about what they are doing, and on top of that film themselves doing Bid'ah and post it on the internet to encourage others to do likewise.
Oh well, let's just be grateful that Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) told us that his Ummah will not unite upon misguidance.
P.S. To all those people advocating "bid'ah hasanah"; this in itself is Bid'ah.
wa salaamu alaykum.
"If you see someone degrade any of the companions of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) know that he is a Zindeeq. Because the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was real, what he brought was the truth and all of it was conveyed to us by way of the Sahabah. What those people (heretics) wish to do is cast doubt on the reliability of our narrators in order to invalidate the Qur'an and Sunnah. Thus they are the ones most deserving defamation, they are the Zanaadiqah" - Abu Zur'ah al-Razi
