if you feel the company you have your current contract with havent fulfilled what they originally promised e.g quality of service, good network, correct billing etc.. then you can call the disconnections department and throw up a fuss, normally if you ask to speak to a manager enough times you get your way
btw i dont condone anyone lying to get out of the contract early, only do so if you feel the service wasnt up to standard
