Default Where is this phrase/saying from?

So I was just looking over some notes of mine, and on one of the pages I had this phrase in the margin on the side "قوام الدين بكتاب يهدي وسيف ينصر" .. I have no clue where its from.. I've come across it numerous times, but I've yet to discover who said it or where it's cited from.

If anyone knows the answer to my question, I'd very much appreciate it if you'd extinguish my curiosity. Jazaakum Allaahu khairan in advance..

A few days late, but Ramadaan Mubarak to you all.
