Require Ahadeeth Which mention the 2 Asma ul-Husna: "Al-Hannaan" & "Muqallib ul-Quloob"

I hope someone can quote the sound Ahadeeth (with English translation & references), which mention the following couple of names of Allah (SWT):


1. Muqallib ul-Quloob

2. Al-Hannaan

I'm not saying it is one of the names of Allaah but you may be looking for this

1) Muqallibal Quloob - It was narrated that Anas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) often used to say: “O Turner of the hearts, make my heart steadfast in adhering to Your religion.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2140) and Ibn Maajah (3834); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

I'm sorry I don't have time to translate but I found the hadeeth with the name al-Hannaan in Musnad Ahmad:

حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ‏ ‏وَعَفَّانُ ‏ ‏قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏خَلَفُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَنَسٍ ‏ ‏قَالَ ‏
كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏فِي الْحَلْقَةِ وَرَجُلٌ قَائِمٌ ‏ ‏يُصَلِّي فَلَمَّا رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ جَلَسَ وَتَشَهَّدَ ثُمَّ دَعَا فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ الْحَنَّانُ بَدِيعَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏أَتَدْرُونَ بِمَا دَعَا قَالُوا اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ‏ ‏لَقَدْ دَعَا اللَّهَ بِاسْمِهِ الْعَظِيمِ الَّذِي إِذَا دُعِيَ بِهِ أَجَابَ وَإِذَا سُئِلَ بِهِ أَعْطَى ‏ ‏قَالَ ‏ ‏عَفَّانُ ‏ ‏دَعَا بِاسْمِهِ

I believe that the narration that mentions Hannan is weak. However, the hadith is authentic without it.
