    Assalamualaikum,

Jazakallah brother for this information. You are true about how the kuffar media portrayed her has insane and never wrote the words she want the people to be heard about.

May ALLAH hasten her release and protect her daughter Mariam wherever she is.

PS: Did they change her lawyer? any specific reason or conspiracy?
I remember her previous lawyer was very active and aggressive.

    Indeed it is and aameen.

It sounds insane that I'm hoping they think she's not insane so she can stand trial; of course, there will then be no regard for justice whatsoever as current proceedings and the US in general demonstrate. w'Allaahul musta'aan.

Jazaak Allaahu khayr brother Younus Abdullah Muhammad. This report was necessary and is the only portal of true insight into what really goes on in the house of oppression. By Allaah, I will testify on Yawm ul-Qiyamah to witnessing your efforts to deliver this message. This message of which I was deeply affected by.

The prosecution leaving with the so-called "doctor" was proof this is no more than a sham in a kangaroo court.

May Allaah grant her Al-Firdaws, Aameen.

She has been brutally tortured and raped for 5 years in Bagram, and is now subjugated to regular forced strip searches from the kuffaar whilst being incarcerated for trumped up charges.

We must relay the story of our beloved sister Aafia to all that we know, using every means of communication to getting her plight (and the rest of the Muslim prisoners' plight) out to the world. We must use our reality and the oppression our Ummah faces as a means to upsurge the Islamic awakening to motivate the Muslim masses for the domination of Islaam worldwide; whether through the word or through the sword.

For these cases against our beloved sisters and brothers will never cease until they turn us back from our religion. And Allaah (swt) says in 2:217: And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islâmic Monotheism) if they can.

We must erradicate the wahn that has infected the hearts of the believers. We must revert to loving death more than they love life.

May Allaah releases sister Aafia and gives her justice in both the dunya and the aakhirah, Aameen.

May Allaah release her children safely and reunite them with her, Aameen.

May Allaah give us the tawfeeq to make the deen of Islaam the highest, so that we can take retribution against the tyrants and oppressors, Aameen.

May Allaah destroy the filthy sons of pigs and monkeys who wage war on Islaam and Muslims with a slow and painful destruction, Aameen.

May Allaah allow us to die as Shuhadaa, Aameen.

May Allaah ignite the Muslims and spark an insurrection freeing the Muslim captives of the kuffaar, Aameen.

May Allaah ignite the Islamic Revolution in the Muslim lands, deposing their apostate governments, ridding the Muslim land of the kuffaar occupiers and instilling the beauty of the Islamic Shari'ah to govern their affairs, Aameen.

May Allaah give us the tawfeeq to rush to the battlefield for Jihaad fisabilillaah, Aameen.

O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allaah (i.e. Jihaad) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter. If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allaah is Able to do all things.(At-Tawbah 9:38-39)

Yes, Ms. Fink is off the case. It is rumored that she fell and hurt herself and cannot continue on the case. She is much more radical and would have been better for Aafia. The new lawyer recently took the case, but does not have the radical record. Still, Ms. Cardi did a fine job at the courtdate but Aafia believes they want her medicated so she cannot speak about her situation and I do not really blame her.
