And how does he fit in with the state of arab leaders and displacement of Palestinians?

He was a spy who worked for the british services, he was sent to palestine to spy on them at the time they were planning the settlement of the zionists(the european jews) and he was later commander of the arab army, which helped to displace the palestinians.

I'm not too sure on the history, but it's a great film.

There's probably some 50's style racism in there, and there are some blacked up Englishmen playing Arabs, but it's dated a lot better than most classic films.

Al Jazairi نناديكم و لكن من يجيب؟

He was a British Kaffir spy no one will argue that, and his main goal was to divide the Muslim Lands and to break the Khilafah state preparing for a safe worm humid weather for the Zionists germs, just visit London's Museum where they set a dedicated part of this man, I saw it at Aljazeera and they showed how he wanted Iraq to be divided and how KSA should be divided, it's the same Federal division the Americans did seek for Iraq and Rice spoke about it and about a new middle east map, I still not understand how Muslims tolerated him and went for the Fall of the Khilafah!
